What do you do and how you are different from other cleaning companies?
We are not a company where you need to find a cleaner yourself or post a job and wait for the first cleaner to respond to you. We are the company who do it for you. We provide personalised cleaning services, which means we will find the best suitable cleaner for you, who is reliable , punctual and do a fantastic job. In another words – we will look after you. Give us a call if you need an urgent clean - we need just a couple hours to find you a cleaner.

Can I trust my cleaner?
Of course you can. All our cleaners are fully vetted by us - trusted, experienced & reference and identity checked.
Do I need to be at home when my cleaner comes?
We always recommend that you are present at your home for the first time to meet your cleaner. You can show the cleaner around your house, give them instructions of how you would like everything to be done.
Can I give my home keys to the cleaner?
If you are not at home when the cleaner comes for the first time or the subsequent times, don't worry - you can give them the keys, but this will be an arrangement between you and the cleaner. Our cleaners are trained to keep keys safe and will never write your address on the key fobs. In fact around 85% of our cleaners are key-holders.
Do I need to supply cleaning materials?
Yes, you do. Our cleaners do not carry cleaning materials as they use public transport. For the best cleaning result we recommend that you supply the following cleaning materials:
  • Vacuum cleaner
  • Mop
  • Bathroom cleaner (spray or cream)
  • Lime scale remover
  • Kitchen and oven cleaner
  • Toilet cleaner
  • Window cleaner (spray) and kitchen towels
  • Furniture polish
  • Floor cleaner
  • Rubber gloves
  • Cleaning cloth and sponge
How much do you charge and how can I pay?
We charge £10 per hour. You can book the cleaner online and pay by credit/ debit card. We have simple pricing and simple booking system.
Will I have the same cleaner every week?
Yes, you will. Your regular cleaner will know how you like things to be done around you house. We promise a temporarily cover if your regular cleaner falls sick or goes on holiday.
What time will the cleaner arrive?
The cleaner will arrive on time on the day and time of your choice. For example you may need the cleaner every Tuesday at 9am for 4 hours, because you are working from home in the afternoons. Your cleaner will arrive at 9 am and will finish the job at 1pm. You can choose when the cleaner arrives: morning, midday, afternoon or any time on that day. Our cleaners work from 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, but they could be flexible if needed.
Can I reschedule or cancel my cleaning date and time?
You can cancel or reschedule online only upcoming booking. Please go to 'My account', click 'Options' next to the upcoming booking and choose 'Delete'.

You cannot cancel online if you have paid already, but you can reschedule date and time by clicking 'Edit date' next to paid booking. For cancellation please give us a call on 02036867216, or drop us an e-mail 24 hours prior to cleaning time.
Are there minimum hours per visit?
Yes, the minimum is 2 hours.
What the cleaner can not do?
We can not currently offer the following due to the health and safety.
  • Cleaning of exterior windows
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Animal waste removal
  • Gardening and garden shed cleaning
  • The lifting of heavy furniture
  • Cleaning the surfaces above arm's reach
Can I make a special request?
Absolutely! You can inform us of you special request before the cleaner starts cleaning your house or you can simply leave the cleaner a note with details of your request. Special request could include:
  • Ironing
  • Watering plants
  • Changing water in vases and throwing away old flowers
  • Tiding toys in children's bedrooms
  • Wiping inside and outside cabinets
  • Polishing brass or silver around the house
  • Loading and hanging the laundry
  • Cleaning the oven or the fridge
What if I am not happy with the cleaner?
Our cleaners are very hard working people and do a cleaning job to the very high standard every time. However if something does not make you happy please inform us. We can send you another cleaner or the same cleaner will redo the job. Before taking a cleaner on board you are allowed to interview as many cleaners as you like and choose the one you like.
